Why "SRJ"
Steven Roderick Jurich, also known as "SRJ" or "Surge", goes by his full name to honor his roots. He is the third Steve on his dad’s side, but was given his maternal grandfather’s name as his middle name. This means he’s not a "third", but instead carries the first names of both his grandfathers and the first name of his father. To honor his family, his roots, and their desire to make him unique, he proudly uses his full name professionally — though most of his friends just know him as Steve.
